Embodied Expertise
I’ve spent over a decade working through the body — through dance, somatic movement, and massage therapy — learning how stress, pressure, and unprocessed emotional patterns show up in how we think, decide, and perform.
This isn’t theoretical for me.
I understand what it feels like when your body is in resistance, when your system is overwhelmed, and when effort alone stops working and how to shift that from the inside out.
Academic Foundation
With a degree in Psychology and formal coaching certifications, I bring structure and depth to this work not just intuition or insight.
My approach is grounded, intentional, and focused on real behavioral change, not just awareness or reflection.
